8.2 Late delivery of quotation documents will be rejected by the electronic procurement platform.

The project quotation opening time is 16:30:00 on September 22, 2025. Respondents should participate in the quotation activity on time and sign in online. Failure to sign in will be deemed as acceptance of the quotation opening record, and any objections raised afterwards will be invalid.
